14 years ago Inner Apprentice was just a thought, now it's a way of life. In the fall of 1997 two friends wanted to start a record company that would set the standards for others before and after its time. The objective was to offer up and coming artists a home where they could express their talents professionally through proper representation; The IA. All of our artists bring something very unique to the table. Our goal is to be as diverse as possible, above and beyond the expectations of an ordinary label.
The name itself means alot. "Apprentice" represents our audience. They are now being introduced to the sounds of the future, available now, years before its time. "Inner" describes the label as a whole. From the artists to the staff it can be broken down like this:
Inner Person- Inside the mind or soul of someone. (feelings and/or stories people can relate to)
Inner Vision- Able to see things better than you normally would. (to enlighten those around you, broader insight)
Inner Beauty- In the core of anything and everything beautiful. (divine)
